Everything in this Universe is created twice – first in our minds, as imagination, intention, ideas, dreams, thoughts. Then, in the physical realm as tangible, physical objects or actions.
The ability to visualise in vivid detail gifts us a greater power to create that which we imagine. When you connect with your imagination, you connect with an infinite pool of ideas and solutions.

Nueva luna yoga is very central in Lausanne but a little hidden. Use a map to get there if it’s your first time.
